We are going to paint our office. We are having a hard time picking good colors.

Cream, forest green, if for a women, pale pink.
In my husbands office the carpeting was varigated, so we used not pink but pale salmon and darker salmon below the chair rail.
So you could consider 2 shades of the same color.

a rich, golden yellow…..not orange, and not brown……we have those in our living room,
I think Burgandy Furniture and Hunter Green Walls, with White Latex Gloss Trim are Lovely together. I see it in alot of Professional Offices and Homes, including my own.

I like the gold tones too, nothing too dark, but a warm, rich gold.
